Webilia services may include an online store, license purchases, product updates, license keys, downloads, documentation, tutorials, and support resources. License keys remain the property of Webilia and may be used on your own website or websites according to the license purchased. License keys must not be shared with third parties.

Payments are required for paid services and products according to the prices published on the relevant Webilia or Vertex Addons websites. Payment may be made through available payment methods.

Refund Policy and License Cancellations

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Approved refunds are generally processed within approximately seven days, and the final refund amount or timing may depend on the payment gateway used. Review the Refund Policy for the current request process.

License of WordPress Products

Webilia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to receive upgrades and support for your own use, subject to license limitations. WordPress plugins, themes, and source code available for download are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.0 or later.

Content, imagery, media, documentation, and other materials on Webilia or Vertex Addons websites are copyrighted or licensed by Webilia or third parties. All rights are reserved unless otherwise stated. License keys for digital goods are confidential, and public disclosure may result in termination of the agreement.

Products are provided “as-is” without warranties regarding quality, defects, or suitability for a particular purpose. Webilia is not liable for damage or flaws arising from product use to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Product Delivery

After successful payment, you should receive an email with order and purchase details. License keys and downloads are available in your customer account. If you do not receive the purchase email, review your purchase history in your Webilia store account.

Access to re-download purchased files is available while your license key is valid. If a license expires, download access to associated files may stop until the license is renewed.

Support

Support is available to customers with an active license. Free copies and expired licenses are not eligible for free developer support. To receive help from the team, you may need to purchase a licensed copy or renew an expired license.

Ownership

Content, images, videos, documentation, and products on this website are the property of Webilia or its licensors. You may reference website materials, but you may not claim Webilia content or products as your own without permission.

Email Communication
